General Policy
The Journal accepts the articles that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. The manuscripts are accepted for publication with the understanding that they have not been published, simultaneously submitted, or already accepted for publication elsewhere.
Articles must conform to the technical details set forth in this guide. Manuscripts deviating from the recommended format are neither evaluated, nor returned. The main criterion for acceptance is the scientific and technical soundness and contribution to a better understanding of the subject.
Manuscripts deemed suitable are acknowledged and critically reviewed by qualified, independent and expert evaluator, through a secret evaluation system. The evaluator’s comments may be communicated to the principal author, along with the comments of the Editor, for possible revision.
In the case of acceptance of the article the authors implicitly agree to its editing. The acceptance and the tentative issue of publication are communicated to the author.
The accuracy of the information contained in the articles is the responsibility of the authors. The opinions expressed in the articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the opinion of the Publishers or the Editors.
The authors are not required to pay any handling fee; however they are expected to submit the manuscript in proper format.
Copyright
The publisher holds the copyright of the material published in the Journal. The authors are required to submit a certificate transferring the copyright, in the event of publication. Any use of the published material by any manner, outside the Copyright Act, without the publisher’s consent, is illegal and thus prohibited.
All illustrations should be original. Illustrations taken from other publication must be accompanied by the permission of the copyright holder.
Reprints
Reprints are supplied only when requested in the covering letter. The actual cost of reprints is charged from the author.
